Omar Askari
🇬🇧
Founder
Omar founded Astralis to turn specialist trust into coherent delivery across security and resilience. He is an operator and investor with more than two decades of experience originating and closing complex deals across payments, technology platforms and capital markets in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe and Asia. As Chief Business Officer at NayaPay, he led partnership and market-development work in a highly regulated area of financial services, where commercial progress depends on compliance, governance and institutional confidence. His career has been shaped by work at the intersection of business, government and regulation, translating difficult conversations into executed agreements. That discipline underpins the Constellation’s shared operating model and Astralis’s approach to accountable cross-border integration.
